3.9 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
Bottle from Bierzwerg!
Pours copper colored with high, creamy off-white head. Smell has citrussy hops and caramel malts. Starts very fruity, citrussy, with lots of sweet tropical fruits. Middle part has sweet fruits paired with delicious caramel notes. Goes into a fruity sweet finish with lots of mango, maracuja, citrus and some caramel. One of the best IPAs that I had the last time!!

3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
UPDATED: JAN 6, 2015 Pretty good. Pours deep copper red. Most german IPAs tend to really really exaggerate on the crystal malt and do 60-30 boil schemes which end up in a not so good beer. This one could be taken as an American IPA. Straight up hoppiness, mango, pineapple, and some pine. Taste is very balanced, some caramel malt is definitely there, and münich. Quite fruity, not very bitter, and dry - which most germans tend to miss on.

2.3 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 8/20
330ml bottle from great grog. Pours hazy orange, massive off-white head due in no small part to very high carbonation. Aromas of plastic, resin, pine. Taste is astringent, more plastic bitterness. Burnt plastic almost. Not pleasant.

3.1 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 12/20
Bottle split at CASC, Abderdeen, 20/06/14.
Hazed golden amber with a big old off white/light beige covering.
Nose is bitter orange marmalade, plastic, soapy tones, straw, mineral wash, light spice.
Taste comprises bitter citrics, light soap - less prominent than the nose, tarte citric, raw earthy notes.
Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with hop bitterness.
Whilst drinkable this is a pretty poor showing for the style.

2.9 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Bottle. Pours a clear amber body with a small off-white head. Nose is peaches, rose water, pine, caramel and hints of grass and melon. Taste is melon, grass, rose water and hints of straw. Medium to light body, medium carbonation. Fair enough, at least for a German microbrewery (which haven’t really impressed me that much).
