Bottle shared at a tasting. Hazy orange golden with a decent head. Citrusy (grapefruits) and tropical fruits (mango) hoppy aroma. Sweet, with fruity and yeasty notes, low-medium (a bit too low) hoppy bitterness. Medium-bodied.

UPDATED: AUG 12, 2014 Copper colour showing some hazyness with a medium lasting dark white head. Fruity aromas, especially blood orange, lemon and mango develop with hints of grapefruit. Offers a rather soft satin/velvet texture with fruity sweetness-bitterness interacting harmonically. The finish is pleasantly developping a certain dryness which last for a moment. Very well balanced, splendid beer!

0,33 l bottle, 31. May 2013, brewed 18. April 2013. BrauKunstKeller standardbottledesign. A very dark amber in the glass, no CO2 visible, small long lasting head. Grapefruit, orange, mid malty, a lot of hop with sweetnis in the nose, but not in a heavy kind. Starts very soft, then heavy hope but not as herb as the listed 66 IBU. Very comfortable to drink, and I repeat, velvety soft. Nothing itches, nothing blockades. A little bit more fizzy could be better. Should be in the new brew the brewer told me. The 6,7 % alcohol are well hidden. To the end full body malt with on a herb fruity basis, caramell, almost sticky. Very drinkable, in my opion nearly a little bit too polished. Recommended!

Flesje van de bierkabouter. Oranje/amber. Mooie kraag. Ruikt citrusfruitig, later meer moutig als het bier wat warmer is. Smaakt behoorlijk citrusfruitig, sinaasappel met name en bitter. Bittere sinaasappel nasmaak.

Has an awesome aroma of different fruits; mango, papaya, peach and even apricot. Itís a bit hazy, dark amber color, with small head and great lacing. It has enormous body. Long, heavy, stable. Immediately RIS came to my mind. Amazing feeling in the mouth. Bitterness is also good, perfectly moderated by sweetness. Itís so fantastic!

Aroma: resin, pine, citrus notes and alcohol. Appearance: nice slightly hazy amber color, nice thin white head. Taste: medium bitterness (resin and pine), some citrus notes, dry and really light, drinkable end enjoying. Palate: low/medium body ! and medium carbonation, bitter finish. Overall: One of the best balanced DIPA Iíve ever tried. Really enjoying with the nice composition of resin, pine and citrus notes. Highly recommended.
