Bøgelverschlåßflasche (thanks to Quack-Duck): Hazy, pale golden with a green shine, persistent small layer, cardboard, grassy hops and pale malt in the nose, a tinge of vanilla is detectable too; moderate to solid bitter-sweet, a bit dryish, quite light bodied and fizzy; strawy, cardboardy traces in the bitter-pale malty finish. Not well rounded, not very harmonic, a bit harsh and tart..........

Slightly hazy and pale yellow with a medium head. Smells a bit yeasty and sour (but still pleasent). Taste is a bit fruity, smoky and earthy. An interesting one.

Nice bottle 50cl from Quack Duck. A clear yellow beer with huge white head. Smell is typically on lager yeast, malty and hopy. Aroma is nice on hops character, round notes as well as spicy notes finish is on gass, no too bitter. The beer is well malty too, a good beer full of flavor, long aftertaste.

Swing top bottle from Quack-Duck, thanks! Pale blonde. Water melon in the aroma. Grassy citric flavor. Absolutely dry, yet almost medium bodied. Well made, well balanced kellerbier.

FatPhil (6206) - Tallinn, ESTONIA - JAN 4, 2010
500ml bottle (OPP, Helsinki, German Weeks 2009)
Bready and lemony aroma - sweet and crisp. Slightly hazy or even particulate yellow. Perfumey and flowery. Crisp carbonation - ctrusy perfumed retronasals despite the cold temperature. Really full body for a pils - clean crisp malts support a lovely citrussy hop bite. Glassic german pils - exemplary.

Bottled 50cl. Courtesy of Quack-Duck. Tall head. Hints of melon in both nose and taste. Yeasty. Really nice subdued hop profile. Reminiscent of a watery tripel (?!). Thanks a lot Quack-Duck!

Bottled. A hazy golden beer with a huge off-white head. The aroma has light notes of malt and citrus. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, straw, and citrus, leading to a bitter finish. Thanks yespr for sharing.
