Mørk gylden brun øl med en blød skumkrone, smag med et strejf af karamel, brun sukker, mørk frugt, med andre ord en øl med en stor ølsmag. Dette er en øl, der er meget blød, med stor krop, altså en karakter fyldt øl, som helt sikkert vil lysne på humøret.

Draft. A hazy amber beer with an orange head. The aroma is sweet with strong notes of caramel, while the flavor is sweet malty and again with strong notes of caramel.

<i>Draught at Oliver Twist, Stockholm. </i> Clear mahogany colour, no head. Rather neutral aroma. Sweet with clean, caramelly crystal malt character. Pleasant notes of toffee and grass. Pretty bold malt structure, yet neural flavourwise. The hard malt prevents me from sensing much flavour

CBF07 sample from tap. Pours deep orange to red, filtered. Aroma is malty, sweet. Flavour is sweet malty, has a good alcohol presence. Fullbodied.
