May 17, 2006 An amber beer with a huge light brown head. The aroma is very yeasty, but also with notes of malt and brewmash. The flavor is sweet and very malty combined with strong notes of caramel, leading to a dry metallic end.

May 22, 2006 [Draught at Købehavnske Øldage] Clear amber. Some toffee and grass up front. Sweet and medium bodied. There’s some caramel, but not much that sticks out. It’s also on the sweet side. A bit of a let down after their winter bock.

Apr 11, 2007 50 cL bottle. Pours with nice off-white/orange head. Colour is amber, slight inclear. Aroma is malty with flowery and yeast notes. Taste is slight roasted malt and some bitterhops. Short finish.
