Tap at KBH Festival, 2009. Pitch black with a creamy brown head. Oak, fruit, chocolate and bitter roasted coffee. Vague smoke. Smoooooth

CBF09. Draught. Creamy lightbrown good mostly lasting head. Black colour. Moderate malty and hoppy aroma. Light sweet and moderate bitter flavor. More vinius than the other two versions. Long wonderfull balanced finish. Creamy palate. Best of the three!

Draught. Low but lasting fluffy light brown head. Pitch black body. Powerful roasted malt coffee choccolate caramel aroma with a bit of smoke. Powerful roasted malt aroma with coffee choccolate caramel subdued smoke and spicy notes plus oak. Alcohol present but well hidden.

Pours completely black with a great, small, creamy, beige head. Aroma has good oak, sherry, port, roasted malts, some smoke and caramel. Lightish mouthfeel, very dry and creamy. Super flavour. Light pear/apple notes creep in with the roasted malts, impressive smoke note, dark chocolate and fine bitterness. I really dig that fruity note that the Sherry cask has brought to it.

Draught at KØ09. Black colour. Not much aroma. Distinct cigarbox flavour. Sweet coconut and vanilla flavour. The port cask gives a very nice touch.

Draught. Pitch black. Aroma of well roasted malt indeed with sherry wood and dark fruits. Great mouthfeel. The flavour has roasted malts indeed with woody sherry, dark fruits and alcohol. Yum!

Draught at Københavnske Øldage 2009. Pitch black colourerd with a small beige head. Sweet and roasted aroma of chocolate and shery with notes of dried fruits. Sweet and roasted flavour of chocolate, dried fruits and sherry with notes of oak. Roasted finish.
