Papsoe’s tasting, courtesy of sk8viking. Pours golden/orange with a tad of off-white head. A bit of malty sweetness in the aroma. Taste is more biscuity malts. Light on the palate with a slightly bitter finish.

Aug 7, 2008 Bottle. Nice head with medium duration. Color is amber. Aroma and taste are malt, caramel and hops.

appears totally clear yellow/orange with small nice head.
flavor is okay, a little bit of sourness spoils the picture, but generally nice sweet notes, well balanced weak bitterness. session beer alight.
palate is great for the style, and actually great anyways.
