Bottle. Pours a dark brown color with no read hues and a tan head. Aroma is malt, chocolate, and burnt coffee. Flavor is that with some caramel as well. Creamy and bitter. good.

Clear dark black color with a small to average, frothy to creamy, good lacing, mostly diminishing, beige head. Aroma is moderate to light heavy malty, roasted, chocolate. Flavor is moderate sweet and moderate to light heavy bitter with a average to long duration. (Malt bitter). Body is medium to light, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. (120508)

Jun 28, 2008 Poured a clear brown color with a large brown head. Bitter chocolate and mild smoke in the aroma. Light roasted malt flavor with a mild tartness. Light-medium body.

Jun 24, 2008 the aroma is roasted with some hops. The head doesn’t last long. Flavor is a bit roasted with a tint of hops. Suprised about how good the beer really was. Thanks to sk8viking!

Jun 15, 2008 Draught at Plan B as a partner to one of their delicious cheese dishes. Attractive deep brown pour with a few tan patches on the surface. Light roasted aroma with a bitter touch. Bittersweet porter with chocolate and caramel offset by hop bitterness. Nice, sweet cocoa aftertones (Copenhagen, 02.06.2008).
