This does not taste much IPA, rather like a well-hopped weissbier. Different and surprising.

0,5 l bottle.
Cloudy straw body with a froathy white head that melts down to a small lacing one. Aroma of green apples, lemon zest, grass. Medium body, sourish dry aroma with lemon peel, moderated hops. Drinkable ale, probably an IPA on the English side, but not enough.

Bottle. Hazy orange with a thick good lacing bubbly head with good retention. Aroma is flowery and soapy with some citrus and herbal hops. A bit metallic. Bread, nuts, grass. Taste is medium sweet and light+ bitter. Good soft mouth feel. Medium body, smooth texture, medium carbonation. Light dry finish with herbal hops.

Desverger (1611) - Copenhagen, DENMARK - MAR 9, 2013
Bottle from Irma, Copenhagen. Hazy golden amber colour, with a small white head. Taste and Aroma is fruity, yeasty bready sweet malts, with a fruity floral overlay. Second IPA of the night that is indeed only slightly characteristic of the style but this one is nonetheless ok/average but nothing special.

50 cl bottle @ Timo A, BBE 26.01.2013
Aroma has metal, some grainy malt and hay – feels like a German lager. Flavour has bready malt, some old hops, gooseberry bush and hints of mint. Not an IPA in any way. Like a too old pale ale with made with Citra.

50 cl bottle @ Timo A.
Pours slightly hazy golden color with minimal head. Aroma of oatmeal, some fruits, grass, gooseberry bush and some mild caramel. Flavor of citrus fruits, some malts, caramel, goose berries and mild buttery notes. Bitter fruity palate. A bit weak IPA, but not a complete disaster though.
