Bottle. Nice head with good duration. Color is amber. Aroma and taste are caramel, hops, malt, yeast and fruits.

It’s dark amber with a creamy head and the aroma has notes of malt, orange citrus fruits, flower and caramel. The flavor is moderately sweet with notes of malt, caramel, citrus, light peach and dry citrus in the finish. It’s a rather malty IPA, but it’s easy and pleasant to drink, and most of all, this bottle isn’t infected.

Bottle at home - after a Malk De Koijn Concert - shared with Mette. Clear dark amber - white head. Caramel, fruity, grassy, peppery, mdium malty, sweetness, light to medium hoppy, wet dog. A bit simple.

Bottle. Plenty of fruit and malt in aroma, but surprisingly dicrete hops. Nice redamber colour with beige head. Flavour also is dominated by malt and bread with discrete hints of citrus and hops. Ends up in hops bitterness though.Somehow atypical for an IPA.

Amber with white head. Aroma of malt, spices and citrus. Flavor is caramel, grapefruit and balanced bitterness.

Pours clear, coppery amber with a fine, medium, staying, creamy, off-white head. Good looks, but a little dark for an IPA. Mild hoppy aroma, some yeast, grassy and piney notes, a little grapefruit. Caramel base with some toasted notes. High carbonation, okay mouthfeel. Flavour is mildly metallic, sweet and fruity with caramel and light grassy and piney hops. Long, lingering bitterness that saves the day. Otherwise unimpressive.

Unclear medium amber orange color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, moderate hoppy, grapefruit, orange. Flavor is moderate to light light heavy sweet and bitter with a average duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20090515]
