Not much aroma. Sweet, a little complex. Some body, fits the sweetness. Not crap. Wife likes it. Purchased in SuperBrugsen Halmtorvet.

toast, roasty, light sweet,brown golden,white foam, light sweetness, lightly bitter, light body, oily feel, light bitter finish.

Dark brown and clear. Has an off-white head, diminishing after a big head. Aroma is roasted, toasted, sweet. Flavor starts heavy sweet and finish moderate bitter, A bit unharmonic. Creamy texture and lively carbonation.

Bottle. Dark amber/brown with tiny tan head. Aroma is malt, fruit and metallic. Flaovur is malt, yeast, caramel, metallic, light nutty, little bitter, mouldy, earthy and flat.

Bottle. Low fluffy and quickly disappearing light brown head. Slightly cloudy dark brown body. Sweet hard roasted malt caramel raisin aroma. Not as sweet as feared, actually it is a bit bitter with a strange metallic note. Roasted malt coffee flavor. Low carbonation. Long aftertaste. Odd.

2011 version is only 5.6 %alc.: light and quickly dissapearing head, deep red brown. yeasty nose, dry and a little metallic with dry caramel. Medium body and length. Watery and lightly metallic, little caramel. somewhat polluted ánd doesn’t seem to be finished with fermentation.

Hazy dark brown with a beige head. Aroma is sweet caramel, light roasted malt and somewhat spicy. Flavor is medium sweet and light bitter. The finish is rather dry. 061110

Bottle.Pours deep amber with an off-white head.Aroma is fruity, caramel and spice.Flavor is sweet and fruity with some toasted malt and yeast.Medium body, average carbonation.Nice fruity beer.

Bottle @ Home. Dark brown with a small offwhite head. Aroma of caramel, malt, spices, dark dried fruit, peach. Taste is caramel, dark chocolate, dark fruit, candy. Medium body, soft carbonation. 201210

Bottled. (Øko Jul 5,6%) Dark amber coloured. Unclear. Dense light brown head. Aroma of syrup, brown sugar, spices, caramel and light spice. Flavour of caramel, light sterin, spice brown sugar andd light roast. Medium bodied. Caramelly and sweet end with a light touch of bitterness.

As BB Økologisk Julebryg, 5.6% ABV. Clear, ruby-brown body under a off-white head with some duration and lacing. Plain malty nose. Dark caramel, dusty hops and candy sweetness. Not that great for a Yuletide brew. 500ml bottle shared with Skinnyviking at a hotel room in Copenhagen, 07.11.2010.
