COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Næsgaarden Økologisk Mørk har en smuk mørkebrun, næsten mahognifarvet, undergæret øl, meget rig på aroma of blød maltet smag - sødlig dog uden at være rigtig sød.

Batch 173. Pours a clear dark brown colour with a medium rather short lasting off-white bubby head. Sweet toffe like toasty malty and bit roasty aroma. Fair mouthfeel. The flavour is sweet with roasted caramel, mildly roasted malt, some biter hops and a slight touch of spice and chocolate. The finish is a bit dry with mild roasty malt and caramel. Nice dunkel.

Somewhat filtered dark, no head. Complexities in the aroma, but a strange mix, smells like fake additives. Not nice for an organic beer(!) Sour. Odd. That was why the aroma was so odd. Can this beer have gone bad? Purchased in SuperBrugsen, Halmtorvet.

Bottled. Reddish amber coloured. Coloured. Beige small head. Berries, sweetness, light caramel and light spice in the aroma. Flavour has fruits and berries dominating. Some spice and caramel is notable. Medium bodied. Ends on a fruity note. A quite boring dunkel.
