Delirium (591) - Copenhagen, - APR 4, 2011
50cl bottle. Pours clear amber-brown with a large white head. Aroma is apple peel, caramel, yeast, tart fruit. Flavor is similar notes. Possibly a bit too sweet, and not enough complexity in the taste. But not bad.

Bottle, nice amber color and sweet taste, with some hint of fruit taste and some nice hops in the end.

Sigmund (3710) - Hafrsfjord, NORWAY - JUN 12, 2011
500 ml bottle from NETTO, Denmark, as BB Økologisk Påske (= Organic Easter). Næsgaarden is not mentioned on this label, but I assume it is the same beer. (The "ordinary" BB Spring / Easter / Påske Bock is not organic.) ABV is 6.5%. Amber colour, large off-white head. Quite nice sweetish aroma of malts, caramel and grassy hops, some fruity hints too. The flavour is moderately malty and slightly sugary with hints of caramel, hints of fruit too, with a very moderate bitterness. Okay, but not impressive.

rane (708) - Nibe, DENMARK - MAY 22, 2011
Bottle. Dark amber with brown head that disappears very quickly and leaves the beer looking dull. Taste sweet malts and bread, dates figs. Too alcoholic and too much carbonation.

omhper (15956) - Stockholm, SWEDEN - MAY 17, 2011
Bottled. Hazy amber, no head. Neutral nose. Bland and fizzy. Medium bodied and blown up, overcarbonated and tasteless. Nothing at all. How come Braunstein manages to to their regular lineup of German style beers so well, and yet the ecological Næsgaarden range is so terrible?

Rasmus40 (4130) - Beder, Aarhus, DENMARK - APR 28, 2011
Hazy amber with an off-white head. Aroma is sweet, malty, light sour and spicy. Flavor is medium sweet and light sour. Very high carbonation ruins the palate. Clearly infected. 150410

jesperhammer (1526) - Copenhagen, DENMARK - APR 26, 2011
25-APR-2011, bottle. Hazy dull brown’ish body with big bubbles that dies quickly. Standard danish easter brew with bready malty, fruity stuff. Just a boring one it is.

Hazy brown. Fruit, prunes, more like a strong ale than a bock. Well crafted, long dry finish with a fine apple flavour.

MiP (11783) - Sønderborg, DENMARK - APR 23, 2011
Bottle, 6.5%. Malty and dusty aroma, a bit peppery. Cloudy dark amber colour. Small off-white head. The flavour is nicely malty with a hint of paper. OK sugary aftertaste, balanced by a mild alcohol flavour and mouthfeel. On the sweet side and not so hoppy, but not bad either.
