Bottle 50cl. Pours black with a brown head. Licorice, smoked malt, and very dark chocolate in the nose (By now the head almost dissappeared). Taste/body is quite weak. Sweet english licorice, and malt dominates. Suttle hop at the finish. I miss some richness in the body, could lift this beer a level. Finish is short

Draft @ Copenhagen Beerfestival 2010. Pours a dark brown color with a small tan head. Has a roasted malty licorice aroma with weak hints of coffee. Roasted malty weak licorice flavor. Has a roasted malty finish with hints of caramel and coffee.

Dark reddish brown almost black colour with small dense light tan head.
Sweet roasted malt in aroma. Chocolate and vanilla too. Flavour is some roasted malt, chocolate and mild hops. Fizzy. Very light, thin and easy to be 7.2% Baltic Porter. What’s plus is that it’s organic. It won’t save this.

500ml bottle. Black body with a small white head. Aroma and taste of smoked malts, liquorice/anise and coffee. Too light body for a porter of my likings.

020312: Dark brown color with small head. Roasted aroma with notes from the yeast. Sweet roasted flavor. Lacking fullness.

A bit thin. Dark brown almost black. Malty, roasted aroma, sweet. Flavor is moderate sweet and finish moderate bitter, faint dark notes of chocolate and coffee. Creamy texture and soft carbonation.

Slät, mjuk och alldeles underbar i gommen. Smaken är väldigt söt och chokladig med lite inslag av jäst, malt och syra. Slutsats: god men lite för söt.
