2.5 AROMA 2/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20
Bought 33cl bottle in supermarket, Middelfart DK. Very high foam, gives scent with ginger maybe, but it’s not much of it anyway.
Bronze colour and low carbonation. Taste of hops, smoke, some bitter.
Aftertaste from malts. Ecological. Gentle to nature and gentle to me. Vejlby Fed 3july2013.

1.9 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 6/20
Bottle. Pours clear amber with quickly vanishing white head. Clear but wesk aroma of hops and malt with a note of caramel. Bitter, hoppy onset, quickly giving way to a taste of decomposing fruit and a mild hoppy note. Watery mouthfeel. Rough aftertaste. Not good.

Flaska. Bärnstensfärgad med vitt medelstort skum. Doftar bröd, karamell, kokta grönsaker, rabarber. Smakar ungefär detsamma minus grönsakerna men plus röda äpplen.

3.4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 12/20
Pale orange color. Aroma: Hops, orange peel, bread and caramel. Taste: Slightly hoppy, definitely much more crispy, toasty and bready. Some malt sweetness. Medium body. This beer is by no means amazing, but it’s definitely not bad and it’s very sessionable. It’s a tad underrated in my opinion, it’s a pretty decent beer for the price!

2 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 7/20
Bottle, 33 cl. Clear golden amber with almost no head. Strange aroma - bready, slightly sour hayish, no evidence of the promised non-descript "single hop". Unclean slightly sulphorish taste, toasty, dry and light sour, watery texture, some bitterness in the finish. Un-nice.

Sour aroma , notes of hay.

Sour taste , dry, som bitternes in the aftertaste. Do Braunstein use the same yeast in all their ale??? Not my idea of a Blonde....
