Bottled. A hazy amber beer with a thin beige head. The aroma has notes of caramel and malt. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt and caramel, leading to a dry finish. The body is light.

Botella. Deep golden reddish brown like colour, medium white head. Aroma of some spice with fruit and caramel. Thin like mouthfeel. Flavour is fruity spiced and sweet (caramel) with toasty like malt. Rather thin.

Bottle at Papsø’s - Thanks. Clear red/brown - white head. Red berries, spicy, roasted, sweet malty, brown sugar, bruned sugar, spicy, caramel, medium malty.

Bottle at Papsø. Clear orange-red coloured with a small off-white head. Sweet and fruity aroma of caramel and spices with notes of liquorice. Sweet and fruity flavour of caramel and spices with notes of liquorice and honey cake. Sweet finish.

Bottle 50 cl. Pours a clear amber with a rough off-white head. Spicy, yeasty nose. Medium body, sweet burned caramel, brown sugar and spices. Some warming alcohol in the finish. Decent. 260112

hazy brown, small white head. nutty and spicy aroma. spicy malty flavor, hops only balance, cannot really be tasted. tasty christmas brew. spices are brown cakish, but a little more fruity.

Bottled. Amber coloured. Unclear. Dense beige head. Aroma of fruits, caramel, sweetness. Flavour of caramel, some grass and vague caramel. Medium bodied. Light yeast and spice in the end.

50 cL bottle. Pours clear and golden amber with a small white head. Aroma is toasted malt and caramelish. Light fruity, phenolic and caramelish. Bitter and slight herbal. Bitter and dry phenolic.
