COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION

Bottle. [Courtesy of Sk8viking] Nice beige thick foam that mostly lasted. Mahogany color. Mix of hoppy notes with floral, pineapple, grapefruit as the bearing notes. Also moderated underlying caramel and quit roasted malty base. Some fruity notes could also be detected. Mouthful was bitter, burned and playful sweet. Medium to full bodied with an average carbonation and dry texture. Moderated bitter flavor with light sweet notes. Roasted and bitter like finish. Very drinkable. Well done René.

500 ml bottle, from NETTO. Økologisk / organic. ABV is 6.0%. Hazy pale yellow colour, moderate white head. Weird aroma - yes, there are some hoppy notes as expected from an IPA, but also some undefined medicinal notes, and burnt rubber. The flavour has also unpleasant notes of burnt rubber, and the hops are very moderate. Remarkably bad beer.

Bottle. Pours cloudy yellow with a big white head. Aroma of sour grassy hops, some funky shit. Flavor is sweet and milky with some hops. Medium body, average carbonation. Something weird .

Bottle. Pours a dark yellow color with a white head. Aroma is of pilsner malt, citrus, grassy hops, grains and cereal notes. Flavor is again of pilsner malt, light hoppy notes, of floral, grassy and citrusy variants, cereal grains and sweet malt. The body is medium with a dry mouth-feel. Overall an ok above average brew, but more like a Pale Ale than an IPA.

Bottle. 6.0%. Pours a hazy straw yellow with a big off-white head. Decent lacing. Aroma is sweet and dominated by yeast – what’s that doing there? This is not what I signed up for! ...It’s not even a good kind of yeast; tart and rubbery. Some hops in the background, I think. Flavour is tart, sweet and with rubbery yeast. Where does that rubber come from? Bitter, slightly liquorice-like. Finish is tart, dry and bitter; the bitterness lingering with a liquorice touch and a grassy note to go along. Overall this fails: the yeast notes has no place in an IPA and the rubber-notes were just ridiculous. Not a lot of balance either. Back to the lab. 04.11.11.

Hazy orange with thick white lasting head. Really light aroma with a hint of grassy hops. A bit like a pilsner. Taste is sweet with a medium lasting bitter aftertaste. Boring beer and really not much of an IPA.

Bottle 50 cl. Slightly hazy amber with an orange glow. Huge white, very stable head. Aroma of malt and hops with notes of grass. The taste is slightly sweet malt and after moderate bitter. Let dry mouthfeel and moderately bitter aftertaste
