Pigs Ear. Cloudy amber beer. Dry palate. Lightly sour beer. It’s like a Belgian sour but without the acid lemon. Dry and strong with a little citrus. The Germans do Belgian (insert poor taste war joke here).

Süßlich-fruchtiger, bestimmend hopfiger Antrunk. Noch süßer im Mittelteil, die wenig vorhandene Malzigkeit ist ebenfalls davon betroffen., dadurch sit das Bier äußerst süffig. Würzig, leicht herb, stimmig, sehr erfrischend, sommerlich. Würziger, fast klebrig getreidiger Abgang, immernoch in ausgewogenem Rahmen. Gut!
