330 ml bottle.
Pours a slightly cloudy orange colour with a white head. Aroma of caramel and fresh sweet fruits such as pineapple. Flavour is very malty with biscuity notes, sweet fruits, heavy caramel, some bitterness, yeast and warming alcohol. Also some mild and mellow sourness after a while. Full bodied, oily and creamy mouthfeel with a warming, malty and fruity finish. Very nicely balanced and alcohol doesn’t dominate.

37,5cl bottle @ Colin’s. Hazy orange color, small to medium sized white to off-white head. Smell slightly malty, some sourness, rubber. Is that intended or is the bottle infected? Taste malts, pretty alcoholic, lightly sourish. Again: intended or infected? The slight sourishness doesn’t really harm the beer’s taste though, it’s quite decent. Medium to full carbo, medium body.

Countbeer (2920) - Best of Eindhoven ohne Brauhaus, NETHERLANDS - JUN 17, 2012
Bottle: Thanks Koen: Medium vast cheesy head on top of a deep hazy orange colored beer. Smell hops, hop flowers, citrus, abricot, some dust, malts and nice crispy flowers. Taste lots of hop fruit like peach and abricot, citrus, hop, bitter, spices malts, barleys. Well balanced, smooth and tasty! Aftertaste is spicy with many hop fruits, some malts, bitter and caramelised grains. Low carbo, soft creamy mouthfeel, full body and creamy texture. Nice beer.
