1.6 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 2/10 PALATE 1/5 OVERALL 4/20 mcdav2154 (394) - - OCT 14, 2009
Light amber body with some lacing. Small off white head. Aroma was some caramel with some sour notes. Great promise in the nose. Definately not a doppelbock in the taste. Extremely lactic and sour. Not near enough maltiness for a doppelbock. For grading a doppelbock this is horrid. For a belgian sour this might rate pretty good.
3.3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20 Dedollewaitor (10292) - Odense, DENMARK - APR 3, 2012
Bottle @ Braustelle, Cologne. Pours dark unclear orange with a small creamy head and lacings. Yeasty and fruity with a note of cellar. Flavor is whitewine, brett and white pepper. Quite infected but rather drinkable.

Bottle. Aroma is slight sourness with a touch of malt. Some herbs. Flavour is quite dry, some malt and spices, slight sourness. Weird.
3.7 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 16/20 Bierkrug (1666) - Idar-Oberstein (In East Africa), Rhineland-Palatinate, GERMANY - JAN 29, 2012
750 ml bottle at Wasana’s Winter Beer Tasting 2012, Idar-Oberstein, Germany. With much thanks to Koelschtrinker. Hazy, orange-yellow color, off-yellow head, good lace. Citric and malty aroma like an Orval on steroids. Taste is sweet with sour citrus, mushrooms and alcohol strongly there, bitter in the finish. Palalte is full, smooth and sticky.

Bottle courtesy of kolschtrinker, thank you sir! Murky orange with seemingly live animals swimming around. Aroma of fresh grass and bread. Taste is slightly sour orange peel and grapefruit. Nice.
3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20 Holy (701) - GERMANY - JAN 28, 2012
Thanks Kolschtrinker! Please standby for a real rating. I’m actually enjoying the company of other beer enthusiasts instead of being a non-social "I must rate this right now!!!"

UPDATED: JAN 30, 2012 Bottle, danke Roman. Bretty aroma, not intentionally maybe, but awesome. Hazy golden, lacing golden head. Dry sparkly body, citric hops, medium to light malts, a hint ginger, really nice actually.
3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20 Ibrew2or3 (4914) - Phoenix, Arizona, USA - DEC 2, 2011
37.5cl bottle pours up hazy copper with tall semi lumpy tan head and leaving behind some nice lacing. The aroma is full of spicy yeast and a bit of pepperiness as well as lesser amounts of apricot and cherry mixed together. Further inspection reveals rings of spicy, floral and earthy hops. The taste is heavy with yeastiness and floral hops where spicy hoppiness is not far behind. This is hoppy then I would have guessed for the style. For my taste the spicy hops are keeping pace with the floral hops making this an interesting and enjoyable sipper of a beer. The above average level of carbonation is also brightening up the hop notes and tickling the tongue a little in the process.
4.1 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 16/20 caesar (3748) - Bunnik/Utrecht, NETHERLANDS - SEP 11, 2011
Bottled @ home, BB march 2012. Slight hazy orange golden color, nice thick and creamy off-white head. Aroma, which reminds me of Orval, so probably has a Brett, combined with some noble dryhopping, bit extra caramelly notes, slight fruity. Taste is slightly alcoholic, bit malty, creamy milkshake, some orange or strawberry, slight sourish, bit sweet. I wasn’t expecting anything in advance, but this kind of surprised me (though I knew several brewers at Braustelle are experimenting with Brett). I liked it quite a lot!
3.1 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20 kjc51478 (308) - Cologne, GERMANY - JUL 26, 2011
375ml Bottle from Galeria Kaufhof. Appearance is cloudy, slightly brownish orange color with huge head that overflowed the glass I was pouring into. Aroma is very bright with some citrus and dried fruits on the nose but some also the spruce, fruit, and floral hops all present. Taste is also very bright and acidic. Flavors include citrus with a strong, acerbic bite, some grainy malts in the background as well as a strong bitter hop presence and a slight sourness. Palate is medium-bodied, somewhat oily texture, fizzy carbonation, and a bright, sweet finish. I suspect that the bottle had been sitting in the store for a while, so I’m not sure how accurate this is. But, on the whole, I give the beer the benefit of the doubt. It’s an interesting combination of some established styles and for the most part it worked.
1.7 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 1/10 PALATE 1/5 OVERALL 6/20 fiulijn (10383) - Como, ITALY - JUL 12, 2011
Bottle from Galeria Kaufhof, Köln Cloudy light amber color; giant head, creamy. Sweetish aroma of malt, with some smell of vegetables and puke. Strong-ish body, quite sweet mouthfeel; unbearable flavor of vegetables and cabbage, evident alcohol, very light sourness, with too much bitterness (in this combination). Undrinkable (I had to drainpour it).
