1.7 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 1/5 OVERALL 5/20 Papsoe (22987) - Frederiksberg, - DEC 16, 2009
Bottle 50 cl. Pours a cloudy golden with a huge off-white head. Yeasty and odd aroma. Medium body, sour citrus accents - seriously sour like most bottled Braustelle. Rather foul really. 161209
2.8 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 12/20 Lowenbrau (344) - SPAIN - MAY 21, 2012
330ml bottle. Yeast, ceral, banana aromas. Pours light orange, hazy, with nice creamy thick head, persistent, and some lacework. Light to medium body and average carbonation. Taste is wheat, some spicy, slightly acid, with subtle bitterness noticed after a while. Aftertaste is first sweet and then some dry. Drinkable, but just one weissenbier more.

2.1 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 9/20 motelpogo (5046) - Plzen, CZECH REPUBLIC - MAR 20, 2012
on tap at the brewpub in ehrenfeld. a pretty weak rendition fo the style and i must admit i was left with the impression it was more of an american wheat. faint grainy aroma with some lurking lemon syrup; reluctant head on a dishwater coloured yellow; thin and limp; faint vanilla and lactic sourness; a bit of a letdown
2.4 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 9/20 Grima (1572) - Saarburg, Rhineland-Palatinate, GERMANY - FEB 8, 2012
Sorry for the german rating, but this is a lousy rating from my "newbie" time (2007-2009), and it’s not worth of being translated. I just added it for the statistics, and to complete my backlog!
Schade drum...
2.6 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20 kjc51478 (308) - Cologne, GERMANY - AUG 24, 2011
33cl Draught at Brewpub. Appearance is cloudy, orangish-yellow color with foamy, off-white head. Aroma is weak with some bready, cereal elements and a floral sweetness. Taste is pretty plain - some wheat and other bready flavor, mild sweetness, not much bitterness to speak of. Palate is medium-bodied, watery texture, average carbonation, and little to no finishing. Definitely the weakest beer I’ve had from Braustelle.
2.8 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 11/20 fiulijn (10383) - Como, ITALY - JUL 12, 2011
Draught at the brauhaus Muddy orange color; compact head. Fresh aroma of hops, lemony as well, and light yeast. The flavor is more ordinary than the aroma, and it has quite some yeast; correct bitterness, on the high side. Nice aroma, but otherwise this beer is lost, afterwards.
2.5 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20 Kristall-König (1638) - Oldenburg, GERMANY - JUL 7, 2011
Test vom 22.10.2006, Gebinde: Fass
2.5 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 10/20 Radek Kliber (5306) - Toronto (Can) Krotoszyn (Pol), POLAND - JUN 14, 2011
On tap at Brew Pub
Aroma slight frontal funk with wheat elements, wet cloth on grainy plain. 4+
Appearance thick murky white milky body. Large white top with some lace. Good presentation.
Flavor and Palate : Medium light bodied. Soft textures. Wheat elements remain hidden. Very plain. Weakest offering that day at Braustelle.
2.2 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 8/20 Miksu (4012) - Jyväskylä, FINLAND - JUL 23, 2010
0.5 l bottle, thanks Timo A! Hazy yellow orange color. Sweet aromas of toffee, vanilla and peach. Weird tart and sour flavor with clove and tropical fruits.
