Cloudy amber color; generous compact head. Smell of burnt plastic, manure, then light raspberries. Highly carbonated, the beer flavor is missing, while the fruit doesn’t carry any quality; as ofthen happens, the sugars of the fruit have been completely fermented and only a faint trace of fruits is left; the mouthfeel is therefore dry, while the bitterness is rather high for this kind of beer, and in the end a minimal touch of mint appears. Not interesting.

330ml bottle. Strawberry and sour aromas. Pours pinkisk copper, with vanishin white head and almostno lacinf.Light body, some hazy, crispy txture, high carbonation. Taste is a bit tart, fruit. Refreshing.

Bottle from Kölschtrinker, thanks! Pinkish red color. Soft floral aroma. with citrus and red fruit. Slightly yeasty tart flavor with red fruit. Decent.

Bottle a cloudy amber colored beer with a white head aroma spicy fruits some flowers and some sweetness flavor spicy fruits some sweetness and some sourness not my taste

GBBF. Poured a pink/ruby colour, with a thin pinkish white head. Floral and fruity, but was a bit too sickly for me. palmed it off pretty quick.

On tap at GBBF 2011. hazy pink orange colour. Fruity flowery aroma. Its fine. A little thin touch of liquorice try not to drink too much of it. But its fine. Poor though

Mal wieder Kölns kleinstem Brauhaus einen Besuch abgestattet, um das Bier des Monats zu testen.
Das Pink Panther wird mit Hibiscus gewürzt und schimmert ganz leicht rosa. Der Geruch ist fruchtig mit einer Spur Herbe, allerdings sehr flüchtig.
Geschmacklich fruchtiger Auftakt. Ob dieser jetzt Hibiscusartig ist, vermag ich nicht zu sagen. Mittelteil und Abgang kippen dann etwas ins brotige, was weniger schön ist, doch noch akzeptabel.
Alles in Allem wieder mal kein schlechtes Bier aus der Braustelle, aber auch kein Reißer. Probierenswert allemal.Test vom 14.6.2007, Gebinde: Fass
