light light light. no aroma, no body. but thats what was expected. goes down easy but it still has that Lakeport esque skunky sharp taste, almost like its brewed from unfiltered Lake Ontario Water. a friend of mine thinks it tastes better warm, and honestly.. it makes no difference.

341 ml bottle from LCBO. Pours a clear light golden colour with rapidly disappearing white head. Light sweet corn aroma with some graininess. Taste is some unpleasant grains and sweet corn syrup. Body is thin as expected. Eminently skippable. Like 99% of the pale lagers at the LCBO.

Bottle. A co-worker evangelizes this beer as a good cheap “quantity over quality” brew. He also believes that this a fantastic beer. Apparently I work with crazy people. This is an offensive bottle of swill that taste like it was strained though hobo clothing. If you were born without taste buds then you have a 50/50 chance of liking this.

2 AROMA 2/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 8/20
Very light, easy drinking beer. Refreshing on a hot day. But nothing more then an easy drinking beer, very comparable to a light beer.

1.6 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 6/20
I tried this beer on July 20, 2010 after purchasing from one of my local LCBO outlets. The beer poured a very pale gold, translucent, with a thin white bubbly head. The aroma was grassy malt and weak floral hops and ample metallic tones. The mouthfeel was weak bodied with ample carbonation. The flavour was stale malt, metal, and acid. An awful beer.

2 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 10/20
Bottle. Light yellow gold, as you can see through the clear bottle. Slightly skunky aroma with the initial pour, then just weak cereal grains. Limp grainy palate with a whiff of grassy hops. Not godaweful, but pretty uninspiring.

1.5 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 4/20
Pours a clear pale yellow with minimal head. Aromas of corn and yeast. Taste is fairly flavourless with just hints of the corn/yeast combo, no wheat or hops notes detected. It’s blandess won’t offend anyone, but it doesn’t make it memorable either.

Pretty dismal excuse for a summer beer. Skunky smell and taste is pretty crappy. If you are looking for a light cerveza during the summer, stick to Corona.
