Commercial Description:
Brava Lime gives you the distinct, refreshing taste of lime (without having to squeeze). This clean, crisp, 5% alcohol beer has the same refreshing qualities that made Brava Cerveza so popular.

Yellow color. Lime and ginger in the nose and throughout the body. Absolutely disgusting. Terrible, not even remotely good after 15 or whatever beers at the Great Toronto Beer Festival or whatever it is.

I tried this at the Hamilton Good Beer Expo. Uh... this isn't good beer. Metalic artifical Lime. Rotten smell that isn't realy even there. I actally ended up throwing the rest of my sample in the garbage. My friend did the same thing and considering herself as Joe Q Public on beer and seeing her throw it out as well tells me more about the beer. I'm sure the only reason why they would sell it in 24's is just to get rid of it and say that it is marketable. Heed warnings and avoid further consuption. A poor variant on a poor beer.

I was poking around the site looking for some Ontario beers that I haven't tried yet, and noticed that this hideous brew that I made the mistake of sampling at last summer's Toronto Beer Festival had yet to be added to the database. Imagine a crappy Corona/Sol knock-off mixed with lime dish soap, and you'll have some idea of what this beer tastes like. It amazes me that they can sell this crap exclusively in cases of 24 and people actually buy it.
