Murky brown color, tiny white head. Sweet aroma of raisins and rye bread. Medium-bodied. Sweet raisiny flavor with hints of black bread. Taste is even closer to Finnish sima than kvass, although it has evident bready notes.

Turbid brown - even with a couple of exploded raisins from fermentation. Massively spicy sweet aroma. sweet leek and celery taste. Finish is pure celery. Interesting twist, but a bit bizarre. Sweetness and savouriness not in balance. Aroma gets celery and leek too later.
