Dried fruit, alcohol, rye bread and spices in a harmonious blend. quite full-bodied. A nice Christmas treat. mike1977ok (358), Netherlands Apr 28, 2008 Hazy brown colour. Sweet candy aroma. Scents of dried cherries, apricots, etc come through. Flavour is similarly sweet with a degree of spiciness coming through.

Aroma sweet malts. Medium body.
Taste malts, sweet, fruits, some spice.

yespr (5611), Copenhagen O, Denmark Dec 24, 2007 33 cL bottle, Kerstbierfestival 2007 in Essen/Belgium. Pours slight hazy orange to brown with a lacing white head. Oldish malt aroma. Flavour is dried fruit on top of a nice malt bed. Sweet and filling. Finish is much like dried raisins, dried without being too dry. Nice finish. oh6gdx (5195), Vaasa, Finland Dec 19, 2007 Bottled. Deep amber colour, small beige head. Nutmeg and sweet malts in the aroma. Flavour is also sweet malts, some fruity hints and slight notes of nutmeg and spices.
