Notes of pineapple and orange. Full and nice. Flavor is very fruity and yeasty. Hay and a tone of alcohol in there also. Quite sharp and heavy. A pretty good tripel! | 3.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 4/5 | 8/10 | 4/5 | 14/20 | Jul 25, 2007 Bottle: Poured a deep golden color ale with a huge pure white head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma consists of Belgian malt with some light spices which may include white pepper. Taste is a well balance mix between some semi-sweet Belgian malt, spices and light yeasty finish. Body is quite full with some excellent carbonation and no alcohol was detected. Nothing earth shattering to be found here but very good in any case. GonZoBeeR (2163), ste-Eulalie, Quebec, Canada

| 3.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 8/10 | 4/5 | 15/20 | Oct 21, 2007 Bottle: Poured a copper color with an off white color head. The aroma is sweet and almost veggy like to my nose, possible fruit in there as well. Nice sweet malt with that suttle fruit and spice, finish was just hoppy enough to bring real character to this triple! rederic (1816), montréal, Quebec, Canada
