(Draft @ Maine Brewers’ Guild Fest) Pours hazy light amber with an off-white head. Citrus and pine aroma over caramel. Light, smooth mouthfeel. Flavor of caramel, yeast and light pepper. Lighter on the hops than I would have expected but finish has a bitter bite.

On tap at Bray’s One night stand 2007. :) Man this beer is absolutely delicious! It’s a light blonde color with a white foamy head. Flavor is a powerful blast of dingy hops...this beer is super hoppy, just how i like it! Not sure when i’ll be able to have this again, but I look forward to it!
