On cask at the brewery’s "One night stand" event. Poured big bubble foamy from the pump. Brown cloudy color. This beers flavors and aromas are a stark contrast from the vanilla porter i had earlier in the night. Aromas are dark malt, sweet brown sugar, and some dingy cellar smells. Flavors were good although a bit normal, which isn’t a bad thing really, just a little bland. The brewer described it as moderately hopped, but I didn’t get much hop profile out of this one, must be those EK goldings again, i have trouble finding their flavor from time to time.
