We start with strong, malt backbone and then hop it up with generous portions of Warrior, Nugget, Chinook, & Columbus hops. 16 TON IPA is all natural; meaning this bottle-conditioned real ale is both un-filtered and un-pasteurized. Because of this, you will see a layer of yeast on the bottom of the bottle. As 16 TON IPA ages, its hop bite will mellow. We recommend not saving it for a rainy day, but to enjoy it now!
