UPDATED: AUG 7, 2010 Tap at hop and vine 2nd birthday, pours a weird very pale milky orange, huge fluffy head disappears quickly, lots of delicate lacing. Lightly soured earthy nose, slightly minerally. Flavor is of tart apples and a little funk, slightly chalky finish that turns tart again at the last second. The color is hard to get past but I enjoyed those beer, just would have liked to see a little more complexity. EDIT: I saw several pours an hour later that were much better. It must have been an issue with settling sediment, changed appearance rating.
