COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Formerly a collaboration with Ninkasi Brewing. IGA highlights the route that lots of new hop bombs are headed: light in body, lighter in color, and HUGE in citrus flavor and aroma. India Golden Ale or "I.G.A." is a showcase for two relatively new hops, Mosaic and Eldorado. Mosaic gives the beer a bright mix of stonefruit and tropical flavors along with a big piney backbone. Eldorados are fruity and soften the finish. Breakside keeps the malt bill incredibly simple to allow the hops to take center stage in this elegant and beguiling beer. 8.1% ABV 60 IBU malts: 2 Row, British Munich hops: Mosaic, Eldorado, Chinook

Pours a semi clear yellowish with a medium size white head and very good lacing. Smell is of caramel, citrus, hops, floral, and some wood. Taste is a little creamy, bitter, some citrus, and a little caramel. Ends nicely bitter and a little bit of citrus.

Bottle pour avg gold with moderate white head. Nose grass, weedy, citrus, floral. I donít know if itís the pot dispensary on every other corner or if itís the Pacific Northwest hops that have been giving these beers that aroma. Taste moderate bitter bite up front, then tropical fruit and resin. Good balancing sweetness. Lighter bitter finish.

650 mL bottle. Hazed golden orange pour, few fingers of white fluffy head. Decent head retention, Tropical fruit aroma, mango, and a decent amount of pine. Taste follows with big fruit. Moderate bitter finish. Imperial in flavour but not bitterness, real nice and smooth for a big beer.

On tap @ Henrik. Smells absolutely lovely this! Superb hoppy and piney. Finding lots of similarities with the beard oil that Iím wearing today. Birches, gin, juniper and fresh citrus. A lovely aroma indeed. It has a really cloudy orange dark colored body and a hefty lacing almost creamy off-white head on the top. Canít get over this nose, it smells really good. Itís really tasty as well this. Thick and oily in the mouth and itís small bubbled and almost prickling on the carbonation. Piney and wild in the taste. No doubt that itís a well hopped one. Still, itís surprisingly and a little scary lightdrinkable for a DIPA. A really smooth well balanced one! 12.12.2015

Bottle. Orange-tinted gold, lasting white head. Aroma is fruity and foresty-- some young pine, some mango, guava, light malt profile with a very bitter finish. Very drinkable for such a big beer.

Pours a hazy peach color with minimal head. Aroma is very dank, with hints of mango, peach, and other tropical fruits. Flavor is bitter and sweet, with loads of tropical fruit and a long pine/spruce hop finish. Really, really good.
