Formerly a collaboration with Ninkasi Brewing. IGA highlights the route that lots of new hop bombs are headed: light in body, lighter in color, and HUGE in citrus flavor and aroma. India Golden Ale or "I.G.A." is a showcase for two relatively new hops, Mosaic and Eldorado. Mosaic gives the beer a bright mix of stonefruit and tropical flavors along with a big piney backbone. Eldorados are fruity and soften the finish. Breakside keeps the malt bill incredibly simple to allow the hops to take center stage in this elegant and beguiling beer. 8.1% ABV 60 IBU malts: 2 Row, British Munich hops: Mosaic, Eldorado, Chinook

Smells like nectarines and oranges. Slightly hazy straw yellow lasting inch of head. Smooth citrusy hops cool and refresh your mouth leaving an enjoyable soft pith feeling behind.

Golden pour, huge bone white head, awesome lace. Nose is typical mosaic strong stone fruit with a little candied citrus. Flavor is dank weed, mango, stone fruit, moderate pine, lemonade, and a lightly sweet grainy finish. Seriously impressive stuff, well done breakside!

I really love this double IPA. It has a heavy floral aroma but just the right amount in the flavor. Flowers, citrus and herbs exude from start to finish. Malt flavors are rich and they provide the perfect backbone (not too much to obscure the hops, though). Overall, itís a clean, aromatic and perfectly bittered impy IPA.

this might be my favorite beer in Portland at the moment. Itís a gigantic double ipa but itís one of the smoothest drinking beers I can think of. so good.

hazy golden color. Lovely tropical fruit, pine, with a touch of biscuit malt below it. Very nice malty start but then big tropical fruit notes with some crystal malts. Really well balanced. Lighter body than expected. Fantastic light dry finish. Superb

Very drinkable and nice on the palate. But be wary of the high alcohol content. It can hit pretty hard!

On tap @ Murphy's. Rich citrus aroma, mixture of orange and lemon. White head with medium bubbles. Light gold color, almost like bud light in color. Amazing citrus flavors. Well rounded mouth feel. Almost get hints of lilikoi. An amazing beer. Hides the alcohol well. A dangerous beer. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Bottle, 22oz. At BŚde &. Almost clear in the glass, golden in colour and with a small off-white head. Piney aroma with lots of orange zest, some malts in the back. Lots of bitterness in the mouth, lasting for a really long time. Orange zest, pine cones and a little malty touch in the flavor. Full body, quite dry on the palate, with a nice carbonation. Lasting finish, mostly on the bitter, hoppy side. Delicious and wonderful, sure a beer to repeat. 150821

Bomber from CANBIF fall 2015 via fiery1. Hazy pale orange with a foamy white head. Fresh grapefruit and orange pulp, vibrant floral hop aroma, lively carbonation and moderate body, slightly bitter but incredibly balanced, smooth, fresh, delicious.
