COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Our take on the classic India Pale ale style - the favorite craft beer of the Northwest. This amber colored brew is loaded with four different types of hops during the brew day and then gets dry hopped. Our IPA has a huge citrus and pine character with a strong, but refined bitterness.

Pours a reasonably cloudy dark golden with a white head. Minimal lacing. Aroma is extremely strong tropical fruit. Taste matches well with the aroma, lots of various fruity flavors hidden in this gem. Not very bitter at all. A delicious achievement nonetheless.

Bottle (22oz). Somewhat cloud amber with 2 finger white head.. Nice floral hop aroma. Taste was very citrusy. Pineapple with a strong grapefruit bitterness in the end. Medium plus body. Maybe a little oily.

650ml bomber. Beautiful golden straw color. Small head with light lacing. The aromas are all tropical fruit, pineapple, guava, some light grapefruit and pith, almost a lemon peel thing, itís beautiful. The hop oil aromas are fantastic. Palate is very well balanced with more fruit character and beautiful hop bitterness. This beer definitely stands up to all the hype. Itís extremely well made. This is one of my favorite IPAís

A solid IPA suggested by the barman at Chuckís in Seattle. Tropical, more bitter than I expected with an orangish amber appearance.

Bottle to IPA glass Consummation: Mango and grapefruit rind...hella fruity Adjunct: Tons of bitterness and that shit lasts; this is what Apex or Horse Brass smell like, just a cloud of C-hoppiness, slightly hazy amber with tons of effervescence; I can see why this is consistently rated high. Me like.

Bottle, shared with Grippitis, Parksy, and PQ. Medium orange-gold, a bit hazy, lasting white head. Big tropical fruit hop character, really fresh, with piney undertones. Same on the palate-- mango skin, grapefruit, pine-- with crackery malts and a long bitter finish. Yum.

Draft at FreshCraft, Brownish orange color with small to medium head. Notes are ultra bitter and ashy with some wood, coffee, pine, and other florals. Didnít like profile on this, needed more cleanliness and citrus.

Bottle @ Benzai, medium sample. Clear golden to orange color, short frothy head. Aroma is hoppy, grapefruit, pine, bit resin, some caramel. Medium bitterness, some caramel sweetness to back it up. Good american IPA.

650ml bottle. (6.4% ABV) Pours a slightly hazy copper with a huge, frothy, long lasting, off-white head that leaves plenty of lacing. Sweet aroma of tropical fruit, stone fruit, grapefruit, caramel malt and pine needles. Sweet fruity flavour of peach, apricot, mango, pineapple, grapefruit, orange, caramel malt and pine needles with a dry, bitter, resiny hop finish. Medium body with an oily texture and average carbonation. Excellent. A very aggressive IPA.

Bottle [from trade with ardyexfor] @ home shared with Caesar. Hazy orange color, medium sized off-white head. Aroma and taste are malts, hops, some pine, light resin, citrus, a nice firm bitterness. Medium body and carbonation. Very solid IPA.
