COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Our take on the classic India Pale ale style - the favorite craft beer of the Northwest. This amber colored brew is loaded with four different types of hops during the brew day and then gets dry hopped. Our IPA has a huge citrus and pine character with a strong, but refined bitterness.

Bomber from Made in Oregon. Pours translucent gold with a near white head. There’s a cooked stone fruit aroma, backed by some citrus and caramel. Med body or better. Flavor is citrus, peach, maybe pine. With caramel. There’s a slight hop burn. Finishing bitter, and towards dry. Very fruity. Very hoppy. Nice stuff.

Bomber shared at a tasting, 11/3/14. Pours a hazy amber with a thin fizzy white head. Fair head retention. Aroma of floral, citrus, herbal hops, pale malt. The taste is caramel malt, piney, citrus and candied citrus hops. Medium bodied, mild lingering bitterness, well balanced.

Amber color with large frothy head. Citrusy, piney aroma. Taste - grapefruit and pine along with some tropical fruit notes. Ample balancing malt. Although it's got a full body flavor it has a light and crisp palate. Great tasting west coast IPA. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Nose is grassy, pineapple. Flavor is same plus some dank, pine, grapefruit rind, toasted grain, simplistic crystal malt sweetness. If the malt side had a little more depth and slightly less sweetness this would be my perfect nw ipa.

Cat pee and grapefruit. Nice. Taste is more interesting, minerals, bitterness, pineapple, sparkly. Good stuff.

Bottle. Bright hazy orange. Aroma and taste are tangerine and tropical fruit with pine and a perfect malt balance. Medium to full body, lively carb, and a pretty rich finish. Really awesome. (From memory, forgot this one last night)

Bottle. Glowing hazy orange gold with a thick white head. Aroma is tons of tropical fruit and melon. Taste is similar but adds some citrus and floral notes. Medium spritzy mouthfeel. Really good.

On tap at Marciero it pours a golden copper with a foamy off-white head & a deliciously pungent pine & citrus aroma. Medium to full bodied with a fairly dry finish. The taste is a wonderful mix of citrus & pine plus enough malts to support the hops. Great stuff.

Nice IPA. Citrus smell orange, big aroma, nice lacing. Dark orange/light brown color. Taste is grapefruit, lemon peel. Bitter end. Massive hops.
