Our take on the classic India Pale ale style - the favorite craft beer of the Northwest. This amber colored brew is loaded with four different types of hops during the brew day and then gets dry hopped. Our IPA has a huge citrus and pine character with a strong, but refined bitterness.

Bomber Bottle. AROMA: Spruce, grass hop. APPEARANCE: Hazy copper, off white head. Lots of retention and lacing. TASTE: resinous hops, light on the tongue PALATE: On the light side, very drinkable, lively carbonation, slightly long bitter finish. OVERALL: I was impressed with this beer, I had it once before and remember liking it (no notes, after many drinks). I feel this beer would be better fresh. This bottle may be a bit older.

Serving: from tap at Flying Squirrel Pizza. Aroma: moderate, cat-piss hops. Appearance: small, off-white, initial head with fair lacing and mostly diminishing longevity. Clear, dark-yellow body. Taste: moderately bitter initial flavor and finish with average duration. Palate: medium body, watery texture and lively carbonation. Overall: great aroma and okay flavor.

Pours a reasonably cloudy dark golden with a white head. Minimal lacing. Aroma is extremely strong tropical fruit. Taste matches well with the aroma, lots of various fruity flavors hidden in this gem. Not very bitter at all. A delicious achievement nonetheless.

650ml bomber. Beautiful golden straw color. Small head with light lacing. The aromas are all tropical fruit, pineapple, guava, some light grapefruit and pith, almost a lemon peel thing, it’s beautiful. The hop oil aromas are fantastic. Palate is very well balanced with more fruit character and beautiful hop bitterness. This beer definitely stands up to all the hype. It’s extremely well made. This is one of my favorite IPA’s

A solid IPA suggested by the barman at Chuck’s in Seattle. Tropical, more bitter than I expected with an orangish amber appearance.

Bottle to IPA glass Consummation: Mango and grapefruit rind...hella fruity Adjunct: Tons of bitterness and that shit lasts; this is what Apex or Horse Brass smell like, just a cloud of C-hoppiness, slightly hazy amber with tons of effervescence; I can see why this is consistently rated high. Me like.

Bottle, shared with Grippitis, Parksy, and PQ. Medium orange-gold, a bit hazy, lasting white head. Big tropical fruit hop character, really fresh, with piney undertones. Same on the palate-- mango skin, grapefruit, pine-- with crackery malts and a long bitter finish. Yum.
