Our take on the classic India Pale ale style - the favorite craft beer of the Northwest. This amber colored brew is loaded with four different types of hops during the brew day and then gets dry hopped. Our IPA has a huge citrus and pine character with a strong, but refined bitterness.

650ml bottle. (6.4% ABV) Pours a slightly hazy copper with a huge, frothy, long lasting, off-white head that leaves plenty of lacing. Sweet aroma of tropical fruit, stone fruit, grapefruit, caramel malt and pine needles. Sweet fruity flavour of peach, apricot, mango, pineapple, grapefruit, orange, caramel malt and pine needles with a dry, bitter, resiny hop finish. Medium body with an oily texture and average carbonation. Excellent. A very aggressive IPA.

Bottle [from trade with ardyexfor] @ home shared with Caesar. Hazy orange color, medium sized off-white head. Aroma and taste are malts, hops, some pine, light resin, citrus, a nice firm bitterness. Medium body and carbonation. Very solid IPA.

Tap @ Bĺde &. Unclear dark orange body with a small. Lacing off-white head. Aroma has mild malt and medium citric fruity with some pine. Quite smooth malty flavor, some citric fruit and decent bitterness. Don’t know if this one is a bit old, but the flavor seems to be more malt based than hop driven, still not a bad beer. Smooth malt flavor and quite balanced even with not so much bitterness. Fine body and smooth aftertaste. Good choice with my dinner.

Bomber bought at Safeway in Seaside, OR. Aroma is lemon, apricot, SweeTarts, floral, light onion. Pours hazy orange with a lacy off-white head with good retention. Low bitterness backed by candy sweetness with a peachy hop profile. Solid with no flaws.

Draft at The Schooner, Netarts. Pours a cloudy medium yellow with a dense and creamy off-white head. Big bright tangy nose, lots of orange and grapefruit and a hint of tropical fruit. Creamy medium body, getting to the thick side. Lively carb. Lightly toasted caramel on the mid palate under tons of steady pleasant citrus and a bit of tropical fruit. Refreshing finish. Nice one.

Appearance: hazy amber with two fat fingers of rocky ivory head, excellent retention and lacing. (5/5) Aroma: citrus, pine, pale malt, tropical fruit. (8/10) Taste: moderate sweet, moderate bitter. (8/10) Palate: medium body, moderate carbonation, off-dry finish. (4/5) Well balanced A/IPA with bright citrusy and piney hops, and just enough pale malt to support, without any suggestion of malt forwardness. Solid and pleasant. (16/20)

650ml brown bottle. A nice looking beer - deep golden colour, light haze, long lasting white foam. Nose has pine, citrus and a lot of fruitiness. Taste has a light malt backbone with citrus, pine and fruity hops. Dry end with yeasty notes, piney aftertaste, mild bittering. Overall a well put together IPA.

On tap at Hops and Pie poured a clear golden amber with a lasting amber head. Aromas of caramel, grapefruit zest, orange zest, peach and melon. Palate was light bodied and crisp with a smooth dry finish. Flavors of bread, grapefruit zest, earthiness and orange zest with a smooth dry bitter lingering citrus finish.

From bomber. Pours a hazy golden color with a big yellowish mousse-like head. Aroma and taste of citrus and pine. Fruity taste, dry, and with a dry bitter finish. Medium mouthfeel.
