COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Our take on the classic India Pale ale style - the favorite craft beer of the Northwest. This amber colored brew is loaded with four different types of hops during the brew day and then gets dry hopped. Our IPA has a huge citrus and pine character with a strong, but refined bitterness.

Strong hops and citrus aroma. Hazy orange color. Light body. Citrus up front with a smooth hop finish. Very well balanced. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

22oz bottle, poured into a highball glass. It’s aroma is pine and grapefruit with a touch of caramel. The beer appears hazy with a pale hue and a white soap head that has a good, messy retention and lace. The taste is a medium bittersweet, more bitter than balanced. The smooth and slick beer has a fuzzy carbonation. The medium body has flavors of citrus and caramel with a light zip of a finish with tastes of pine, citrus zest, caramel, and a light cereal note. The aftertaste is light with notes of bread crust and pine.

Restrained aroma in a hazy gold pour. Mildly hop forward balance is perfectly complimented by the tart fruity body and sustained crisp clean bitter finish.

On tap at breakside Portland. Pours out a crisp copper color topped with a white head. Nose is nice Pacific northwest ipa pine citrus easy malts. Taste is more of the great hop mix with a nice malt balance.

Bomber. Clear dark gold with a foamy, off white head that lasts and laces. Aromas of mango, peach, pine, toasted malt, and light floral notes. Flavor is pine, mango, peach, bread, and biscuit. Medium bodied, smooth with a dry, slightly bitter end.

Pours a semi cloudy amber, small white head, a little lacing. Smekl of tropical fruits, light caramel, roasted malt. Taste is malty, caramel, hops, slight citrus. Ends thick and bitter.

On tap. Golden, copper color with a thick froth of white foam. Sharp pine, moderate bitterness, spots of citrus, and background sweet malt in the aroma. Taste is clean and bitter pine with a nice malt presence that is not too sweet. Made me think of an imperial ESB. Very good.

Bottle. Aroma is very strong pine but also some tropics fruit, peaches, and light caramel. Tastes like a pine tree with a very nice sweet malt and bitter hop balance. Finish adds peaches, pineapple and light tea hops. Biscuit body. Great IPA.

On tap @ Breakside. Clear golden beer with a white head. Really orange forward aroma. Some tea, grass, and a bit of stone fruit. Pretty good citrus overall, in fact. Maybe a little on the malty side with some bread and caramel, but a pretty substantial hoppiness. Plenty of orange, some grass, and pine. Nice bitterness to the finish.
