Our take on the classic India Pale ale style - the favorite craft beer of the Northwest. This amber colored brew is loaded with four different types of hops during the brew day and then gets dry hopped. Our IPA has a huge citrus and pine character with a strong, but refined bitterness.

On tap at Rainier Bar & Grill in Enumclaw, WA. Pours clear gold. Hood lacing. Aroma is BIG pine and citrus rind. Taste is pine, resin, pine needles, grapefruit, caramel. Finish breathes out earthy and dank. Mouthfeel is moderate to syrupy. Good WC IPA.

In bottle from a shop outside of Dundee, OR. Pours a nice coppery straw. Nice head and lacing. Really nice Pacific NW IPA -- nice body and though quite hoppy, not overdone.

On tap (flight) at the John B Pub in Coquitlam. A pale Amber beer with moderate white head and a prominent bitter hop nose. Wow! The character of the hops here is rather unusual in a good way! Lots of citrus flavour in that load of hops, backed by very pleasant malts. Nice balance found here! A lingering bitter finish. 3.7.

Draught at the Growler Guys, Portland, OR. Clear deep golden colour with a mid-size white head. Sugary sweetness, candies, hops, mild bitterness and sweet caramel malt in a over-sweet aroma. The flavour is resiny and grapefruity hops, sweetness, moderate bitterness and sweetness. Way too sweet for me. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Smooth sweet aromas. Pearescent golden with thin patch head. A perfume hop start turns earthy. Leaves a bitter behind.

From the bottle, and from the tap. Tap experience is always better, the perpetual freshness of the brew is evident in the keg, packs a nice mango flavor with some citrus notes immediately after, has a nice hoppy finish, a go to IPA for sure. Breakside bring on the Double-IPAS!! From the bottle the whole body of the IPA seems a wee bit heavier, I think I may be getting sourced some older bottles of the beer.

Bomber from Trader Joe’s. Crystal clear copper in color upon pouring. First whiff is pungent grapefruit peel and is followed by some underlying tropical fruit notes. Hopped up front with some grapefruit and a solid malt base. A little sweetness follows. Dry hoppy finish. A little bit of a syrupy sweet quality as well. Nice and clean, like a well brewed beer should be.
