COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Our take on the classic India Pale ale style - the favorite craft beer of the Northwest. This amber colored brew is loaded with four different types of hops during the brew day and then gets dry hopped. Our IPA has a huge citrus and pine character with a strong, but refined bitterness.

From the bottle, and from the tap. Tap experience is always better, the perpetual freshness of the brew is evident in the keg, packs a nice mango flavor with some citrus notes immediately after, has a nice hoppy finish, a go to IPA for sure. Breakside bring on the Double-IPAS!! From the bottle the whole body of the IPA seems a wee bit heavier, I think I may be getting sourced some older bottles of the beer.

Draught at Two Dogs. Nice amber with big head. Citrus hop aroma, incredibly original. Flavour is fantastically bitter, lots of hops and citrus. Avoids the caramel and malts of other IPAs. Psyched to taste this one!

On tap at Rainier Bar & Grill in Enumclaw, WA. Pours clear gold. Hood lacing. Aroma is BIG pine and citrus rind. Taste is pine, resin, pine needles, grapefruit, caramel. Finish breathes out earthy and dank. Mouthfeel is moderate to syrupy. Good WC IPA.

Contraband provided by Dallas. Tangerine, herbal hop aroma. Fruity hop flavor: tangerine, grapefruit, nectarine. Substantial but nice bitterness. Subtle malt flavor: biscuit, sweet.

Nose is grassy, pineapple. Flavor is same plus some dank, pine, grapefruit rind, toasted grain, simplistic crystal malt sweetness. If the malt side had a little more depth and slightly less sweetness this would be my perfect nw ipa.

Smooth sweet aromas. Pearescent golden with thin patch head. A perfume hop start turns earthy. Leaves a bitter behind.

22 oz bomber from whole foods portland transported back to pa. i agree with the description on the bottle: smooth bold and full of flavor. no sell by date, but extremely fresh tasting with floral grassy citrus - these northwestern IPAs just continually have IPAs from the east coast on the mat. great job. wish i had a case of these....i cannot understand why this beer is not rated higher. this is en excellent brew.

Poured from a 22 ounce bomber. Huge grapefruit and tangerine aroma. The flavor is again filled with grapefruit and tangerine hop notes, there is some pine character as well. The bitterness is soft and pleasant, the malt notes are bready/cracker. This is a fantastic IPA.
