COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
It’s back! A beer we brewed with the staff of Saraveza returns for a second batch. This beer is part saison and part double IPA and is named in honor of Saraveza owner Sarah Pederson’s daughter Roxie.

(Draught) Pours a hazy golden body with moderate white head. Aroma of herbs, grass, apricot, and pepper. Flavor of grass, citrus, herbs, and light breadiness with a moderately dry finish.

On tap at GABF as Breakside Strong Northwest Saison. Pours with a hazy yellow body and a white head. Aromas are a bit sticky, tangerine, grainy, light esters. Flavors are really bitter, apple, noticeable alcohol. Grassy, citrus. Sticky, lively bubbles. Medium dry.

Tap @ Breakside... Poured hazy amber, copper-orange with an off-white. Quite eatery with a drying yeast pepper spice. Malt sweetness, honey, citrus with a bready finish that had a dash of alcohol warmth.

Really called a dark saison, but it’s not all that dark. Draught pour with a thick white head. Spicy aroma. Medium body for such a strong beer. Spice and malt in the flavour. Spicy finish.
