Bottle at the Satellite 10k tasting, thanks to Leighton. It pours clear gold with a decent white head. The nose is toasty, pine, passion fruit, tangerine, sherbet and some herbal/grassy action. The taste is pretty bitter, grassy, herbal, earthy, peppery, orange peel and grapefruit with a dry finish. Medium body and fine carbonation. Not a fan of the bitter herbal element to it. So-so.

Bottle share at the satellite 10k tasting at the craft clerko. Aroma is citrus and nelson sauvin hop, grassy. Clear golden colour with a lasting thin white head. Flavour is very bitter, burnt clutchplate, Nelson sauvin hop. Palate is very dry and chalky carbonation. Like a hop tea. Bitterness is harsh.

As of late I can not find the time to take tasting notes of each beer I sample. I would like to track and record my thoughts of each so I will just use the simple scoring rubric until more time is available.

Shots of intense pear and bitter grapefruit are apparent in this very light auburn beer. The head is off-white and very frothy and almost completely disappeared in a matter of minutes! Definitely leaves some lacing on the glass, forming layers as I take each swallow. Light malts and fruity hops are balanced nicely, with the bitter just a little edgy and the hops fruity aroma filling around those edges and smoothing it all over. The medium body is slightly sticky and finishes a little bitter, but with a sweet afterward that I am enjoying quite a bit. Will definitely look for this again. Thank you to my good friend Jennifer who decided to add this one to the list as a pleasant surprise!

22 oz bottle, couldnt find a date on the bottle but the price sticker from the store said it was brought in this month- Pours hazy golden with a three finger white head that reduces. Aroma is very tropical, spicy hops, light sweet malt, nice aroma. The taste is more hop forward, pungent almost dank hops, tropical fruits are there, but the strong piney hops dominate, peppery, hay or grass and somewhat grainy in a good way. Really top notch beer from what i am starting to believe is a top notch brewery! Very glad they are in this area now.

650ml bottle pours a golden orange color with a 2 finger white head that retains well and leaves some decent lacing behind. Aroma is pleasant with grapefruit, pine and floral notes. Taste is a grapefruit and pine hop bitterness with a malty sweetness. Well balanced and flavorful. Medium bodied with good carbonation. Recommended.

650 ml bottle @ PBF IX. Pours a golden colour with a white lacy head. Aroma is very rich with crisp floral notes, strong herbal notes and grapefruit. Rich flavour of floral hops, strong herbal notes, chewy grapefruit and sweetness. Full bodied and soft carbonation. Very rich for a 6,4% ABV beer. Brilliant.

Bottle 650ml (PBF IX)
Clear golden color, steady white head. Gooseberry and grapefruit in the nose. Medium-bodied. Grapefruity, zesty, gooseberries. Underlying tropical fruityness. Long lingering bitterness. Nice fruity and bitter beer.
