22 oz bomber from "Lifesource" in Salem OR $4.99 This IPA does appear a lighter colour than normal..a deep golden..with what has to be the most attractive head i have seen in a proper IPA,..about an inch thick, tightly bubbled and quite uniform. Very very intense hop aromas..as said in the intro..weird combination of bright citrus peel and normal PNW dankness..but it works. Taste is similar to aroma but much more effervescent grapefruit ( pink) in the end. Lovely mouth feel..intense yet at the same time light and quaffable ( yes i used That word). Very good IPA ..loving this.

Bomber from Made in Oregon. Pours translucent gold with a creamy/foamy white head. Aroma is stone fruit and citrus. Med body. Lots of citrus and grapefruit rind. Can see it being considered dank.

Bottle shared by bhensonb. Pours cloudy golden with a huge fluffy white head and a light floral aroma. There is a grapefruit and pale malt flavor with a very bitter finish. Refreshing and tasty.

Flavour brings out loads of fresh grapefruit zest, uber fresh piney hops, and some sharp zesty biscuity malt providing just enough backing.

Tap at Towers. Mustard, hoppy, spicy and bitter. Bit stinky, jam. Hmm, very different from the rating of the person I was there with. Strange.

Bottle shared at a private tasting. Pours a hazy amber with a thin fizzy white head. Decent head retention. Aroma of spicy, pine, herbal, resin hops. The taste is very bitter... resin, citrus, pine hops. Medium bodied, strong lingering bitterness. Nice beer.

On tap at Rogue in Gastown in Vancouver. A nice copper amber color with moderate pale head. Faintly fruity on the nose. In the mouth the first impression is sweet, then sour, then bitter, followed by malt and more bitter, all in quick succession. Wow! As complex an IPA as I’ve ever tasted. 3.9.
