Pours a hazy deep golden amber with a medium creamy white head. Aroma of nice Belgian fruity and spicy yeast esters, Belgian candy sugar, dark fruit, noble hop spicy. Flavor of the same fruity and spicy yeast notes, toasted smooth malt profile, appropriate sweetness.

Pours an orange amber, with off-white head. Banana, fruit, candy sugar, and belgian yeast. It’s sweet... too sweet for me.

doubleo (1441) - San Diego, California, USA - APR 10, 2010
Pours cloudy amber with a thin, offwhite head that leaves specks of lace. Smells subdued. Sweet and yeasty with some fruit and bubblegum. Tastes of bananas and yeast. Sweet, kind of bland. Some spice in there as well. Weird, medium body with subdued carbonation.

DaSilky1 (2575) - San Diego, California, USA - MAR 27, 2010
Draft at breakwater: Plump dark dried-apricot color and hazed...thin whispy head. Nose was somewhat masked in cobwebs and mashed banana, Flavors predominantly fruity yet a bit chalky and fruit-pit like...the belgian yest keeps the consistency thick and chalky...the flavors are soft and fruity. Its unoffensive but the thick chalky palate has that banana skin thing going that you can’t help but not fall in love with.

On tap at Breakwater. Orange amber color. Sweet, smooth and delicous. Some nice banana Belgian yeast aromas. Very easy to drink. Excellent.
