Pours a mostly translucent golden with a medium bubbly creamy white head. Aroma had loads and honey and floral notes. Flavor of the some honey and flowers a touch of hops and some citrus. Excellent Braggot.

On tap at the brewpub 2/21/10: Pours a transparent golden brass with a well-lacing froth of white head. Has a sweet floral honey and melon nose with some light lemon citrus notes. Starts with a lightly effervescent body and some mild sweetness with some floral honey character and grassy hops, but mostly dry throughout. A pretty drinkable braggot with decent complexity.

Clear golden color/ white head. Sweet floral honey aromas. medium body with soft carbonation. Big sweet honey flavors with some pale malts. not bad.

On tap. Bright clear gold, with white head. Sweet honey, floral, bread, and malt. Interesting, definitely is a honey wine, but also has that barley bready flavor going on.

From tap at the brewpub. Pours clear and golden yellow with a small white head. Aroma is smooth honey herbal with a mild floral note. Sweet fruity and herbal honey flavoured. Light dry honey floral accent into the finish. Light throat burn sensation.

Tap @ Breakwater. Pours a clear deep gold with a small white ring. Big nose held sweet honey and some unique floral qualities. Flavor was sweet with honey and granny smith apples, a tasty mead.

On tap at Breakwater. Clear honey golden with a short-lived white head. Honey dominates with some light flower petals. Flavor is much the same with a hint of lemon-lime soda, which adds a welcome tartness to the honey. Light alcohol in the finish.moderate spritzy carbonation with a medium full body. Not too bad at all, but a half pint is about all I can handle.

Draft at the bp. Light bodied, but thick with sweetness. Very sweet with tons of honey. Good, but not my style.

Nice clear golden with no head. Sweet honey aroma and a tart honey taste. Decent.

On tap at Breakwater. 4oz sampler. Light orange yellow color. Nice honey aroma, particularly when you taste it. Though dry, has a nice illusion of sweetness. Very nice.
