Draft 09 SD Brewers Guild Fest: Caramelly and medicine fumes rise from the semi-clear bronze liquid that sat in my glass..the head slightly off-white suds. Flavors are strangely grapey and medicinal and somewhat syrupy as well. Certainly reminds me of dimetab. Fairly sweet with the hops being muted everwhere but in the somewhat bitter finish. Somewhat hot in the finish as well. Not overly enjoyable.

A lovely boozy (maybe double IPA?) IPA with loads of grapefruit and citrus. A full bodied golden beverage with tight carbonation. Delicious.

I pretty sure that they renamed Switch Stance to this but who knows. Pours slightly hazy amber with a moderate white head and spiderweb lace. Smells subdued malty sweet with a hint of spicy hops. Tastes big and sweet malty with a heavy dose of spicy hops. Big cereal and caramel notes as well. A bit oxidized as well. Medium/full body, vibrant carbonation.
