On tap at the brewpub. Pours hazy amber with a smallish white head and some lace. Smells balanced with dry cereal malts and lightly bitter hop scents. Tastes hoppy and citrusy but with great, sweet cereal malt flavors as well. Slight caramel maltiness as well. Solid medium body, good carbonation.

Clear golden with a fizzy white head. Malty aroma with a dry grassy hops taste.

On tap. Slightly hazy amber with a white head. Lightly peachy hops in the nose. Medium body, a little caramel and fruit with a very tired mouthfeel. Fairly hoppy finish. 080709

Draft. Amber beer with a light cream colored head. Light grapefruit and light tropical fruit aroma. Grapefruit and light herbal flavor with light tropical fruits and some caramel backing. Medium bodied. Grapefruit and light tropical fruit lingers with a bit of light pine.

From tap at the brewpub. Pours hazy orange with a small white head. Mild mango hoppy fruity aroma. Flavour is fruity mango and light sweet. Sweet and fruity finish with a smooth hoppy bitterness coming through.

Great staple brew. One of the best local Micro-Brewed Pales in the SD area. the bitterness just pokes through, but well balanced. Great full mouth feel, will go with any food or by itself.

Sampler at Breakwater. Pours hazy amber, lasting white head. Aroma is hoppy, pine,amarillo light malts. Taste, hops, citrus for a light bitter finish, some grapefruit, mixed with a faint malt. Solid pale ale that keeps a good piney mouthfeel.

On tap at Breakwater. Pretty solid for the style. Aroma of biscuit malt and caramel. Flavor was a bit herbal and floral with a good biscuit backbone. Flavor had some yeast. Solid.
