3.3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20 BMan1113VR (6459) - Los Angeles, California, USA - JUL 26, 2010
A Bohemian Pils according to the brewer. Doubt this could get label approval with the name, but it was on tap, so it doesn’t matter. Pours with a golden body and a small white head. Aroma is bready, grain, floral and honey. Taste is grainy, bready, dry, honey with medium bitterness. Lively bubbles and dry.

Clear golden with a medium white head. Aroma had grassy hops, malt and felt dry. Flavour was dry and crisp with grassy hops and malty notes. Clean and true to the style. Nice.
3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20 doubleo (1441) - San Diego, California, USA - JUN 14, 2010
Pours a hazy, pale yellow with a thin, white head and some lace. Smells malty and dry, green. Cereal and sweet. Tastes of green, cereal, sweet malts. Sweet. Light body, ok carbonation.
3.4 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20 MartinT (6349) - Montreal, Quebec, CANADA - JUN 13, 2010
My Bottom Line:
This Pilsener’s lasting spicy hop bite overrides its mildly sweet cereals, building a quenching but a tad unsettled example.
Further Personal Perceptions:
-A veil of foam laces atop the hazy pale blond.
-This is nicely quaffable even though I prefer my Pilseners a tad drier (unless they’re full of Moravian barley goodness).
-The nose is rather discreet for a beer whose hop finish is so firm.
-This may not be the most refined Pilsener, but it remains a refreshing change from all the IPAs in the area.
On tap at the brewpub.

Pours a clear yellow slightly orange, with white head. Bready malt, some dusty hay, and citrusy hops. Light, but still flavorful. Very drinkable.

Clear yellow with a fizzy white head. Bready malty aroma and taste with a vanilla and yeasty finish.
