Pours hazy red with a pink head. Aroma has notes of honey and raspberries. Taste is medium to heavy sweet. Body is full, texture is oily, carbonation is soft to flat.

Not really a style I’m drawn to, but seeing a mead made with raspberries and hybiscus flowers made me want to check it out. Almost champaigne like in mouthfeel. Sweet raspberry flavor and a flowery aroma. Just a faint dose of bitterness on the finish. Strange and beautiful. A delicate beverage that fruity beer drinkers would love I"m sure.

Clear pinkish red with a fizzy whte head. Tart bready hibiscus and raspberry aroma and taste with a dry citrus honey finish.

Draft at the brewpub. Murky reddish pour. Sweetness, light honey, fruit (a little bit of raspberry), and floral. I am not a fan, but this isn’t really a style that I like either.

Pours cloudy magenta with a thin white head that leaves specks of lace. Smells sweet and fruity, sugary with some flowers. Tastes sweet and sugary and fruity. Hibiscus lingers. Not a fan of hibiscus really. Full, syrupy body, light carbonation.
