COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Hoppy? Brother, 471 redefines hoppy. 471 is a small batch, limited edition ale that was created by our Brewmaster to separate the weak from the strong. 471 is a double IPA, that combines Pale, Munich, Caramel-30, Carapils and Torrified Wheat malts, with Chinook, Centennial, Simcoe and Fuggles hops. It has a big sweet mouthfeel, followed by more hoppiness than you've ever had at one time. Enjoy. (Available at Breckenridge Pubs and Restaurants and bottled as 471 Small Batch Double Hopped IPA.)

Very sweet and hoppy! Very smooth and drinkable for 9.2 %. All around good beer.

12oz bottle. Pours a slightly cloudy amber, with a creme coloured head. Aroma has a lot of pink grapefruit, with some resin, alcohol, and some earthy notes. The taste is basically fruity notes peeking through a giant whack of tongue stinging hops of the Fisherman’s Friends bitter variety. There is a nice balance with the malt too, and some welcome sweetness. Surprisingly drinkable given the alcohol %, and the hop bomb effect. I like it a lot. Well done.

A thinnish head for an IPA. Nose is malty. Taste is remarkably malty, and almost perfectly balances out the hop presence. An unusual but tasty IPA.

Had this brew a few times now it was always a enjoyable experience. I had this poured into a strait pint glass and was greeted with a two finger white head on top of a burned orange body. The head of the brew laced the glass well as I drank it. It had a good hop nose coming from it pine and citrus. I classify this as a good balanced DIPA the malts and hops blend perfectly with a slight edge given to the hops in the flavor department. It was a decent DIPA and I would drink it again

Somewhat cloudy orange with lots of bubbles and medium light tan head that dissipates mostly but lingers. Aroma more than anything is sweet and malty but there is a strong component as well of citrus hops. Medium body with alcohol barely detectable. Flavor has a bunch of hop bitterness but is more on the sweet and malty side, some floral aspects. Largely in balance though. Surprisingly drinkable.

This defines double IPA to me. Strong hop flavor with good citrus notes but still remains smooth to drink. Hops do give it a somewhat dry finish but it is still one of my favorites. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Bomber bottle poured a clear orange hue w/ large creamy off-white slowly diminishing head and excellent lacing. Mild aroma of floral hops. Taste is light sweet malt on the front and a moderate bitter hop finish. Flavors of grain, toffee, caramel, pine, and lemon. Medium to full body, slight oily texture, but a fairly dry finish, soft to lively carbonation.

This was a really tasty double ipa, with similar notes to their lucky u, but with a great kick. Definitely worth a taste.

On draft at spacebar falls church. Pours a hazy amber with an off white head. Fruity hop aroma. Grapefruit and apricot notes. Mildly bitter finish. S nice dipa.
