Hoppy? Brother, 471 redefines hoppy. 471 is a small batch, limited edition ale that was created by our Brewmaster to separate the weak from the strong. 471 is a double IPA, that combines Pale, Munich, Caramel-30, Carapils and Torrified Wheat malts, with Chinook, Centennial, Simcoe and Fuggles hops. It has a big sweet mouthfeel, followed by more hoppiness than you've ever had at one time. Enjoy. (Available at Breckenridge Pubs and Restaurants and bottled as 471 Small Batch Double Hopped IPA.)

Copper-orange pour with a thin head. Pungent pine and candied orange aroma over caramel. Soft carbonation, medium sweet caramel and dried apricot/orange, piney hop. Lacks the bite I was hoping for. Medium lingering bitterness and light cardboard aftertaste. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Excellent brew. Grapefruit hue. Deep foamy head. Ultra-hoppy. A delicate smell. Full-bodied taste. The flavor expands in your mouth. Definitely a double IPA. No cloying aftertaste. Absolutely refreshing. I would drink this one on tap again I fear that its flavor would be lost in translation if purchased in bottle.

On tap at Mainline in Old Town. Appearance: amber color, clear, finger of white head, great lace. Aroma: floral, caramel, resin. Palate: medium body, sticky texture, lasting bitter finish, average carbonation. Taste: bitter most of the way through. Overall, very ok by my standards, really hoppy, and I like the uniqueness, but I did not feel that the balance was quite there.

Pours a very clear gold. Aroma is of pine and citrus. Flavor is full of bitter hops and caramel and a citrus after taste. Finishes with a nice bitter finish.

Good. But there are indeed better. Quite good hoppiness. Malt bill needs to be more pronounced though.

Very good double IPA. However, in the grand scheme, only one beer can claim "more hoppiness than you've ever had in one place." I don't know what that beer is, but it isn't this. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Murky unfiltered glass full of hoppiness. A very good DIPA, do not taste the 9.2 at all, well done!

bottle, small hoppy aroma, good lacing on the glass. Pours a hazy orange with a medium lt tan head. Flavor is strong grassy, floral, pine, chewy hops, Medium/full body, booze taste. Some medicinal pine flavors in there as well. Good as a double ipa.

http://imgur.com/90eNT5K - Pours hazy orange with fluffy off white head. Smells of pine, citrus, and mango. Drinks with good hop bite and moderate lingering bitterness. Medium to full bodied. Tastes of toasted malt and vanilla among citrus, earthy hop notes. Maybe a tad strong for the flavor. Good effervescence. A good IPA if lacking in subtlety.
