Pours a very clear copper color. No head at all. Aroma is nothing but sweet smelling. Taste is like sweet Belgian with only a hint of hop bitterness. I get no hop flavor or aroma at all. Their marketing hype makes you thiink this thing is a hop bomb. It’s horrible. A double imperial???? SN Pale Ale is more hoppy than this thing.

does not count  Oct 3, 2008 This is just a good, solid beer. Pours a nice clear copper color with a two-finger head. Picked up a nice amount of hops mixed with pine. Flavors of orange citrus and a nice hoppy finish with medium carbonation. This beer is not earth-shattering but its quality lies in its being so well balanced. Extremely drinkable and can hardly notice the 9.2% ABV. Definitely getting this again.

Sep 27, 2008 Bottle, pours an orange beer with a big off white head. aroma is hoppy citrus and pine. flavor is strong citrus, fruit, pine and hops. Very clean beer with a solild punch. this is my second time buying this one

Sep 27, 2008 Bottle, courtesy Tony at Oldsmar Tap House. Pours a hazy mango color, with a fizzy white head, wet lacing. Aromas of dried fruits, caramel, smooth hops. Flavor is caramel, some banana, big on hops. Crisp, smooth, and this one feels slightly aged. Still decent to drink though.

Sep 27, 2008 12oz bottle. Pours a clear amber with an off-white head which lingered to create lacing. The smell is big on pine and citrus hops. Taste is pine and citrus hops with some caramel and biscuit hops. Mouthfeel is medium and sweet with a crisp hop bite and bitter aftertaste. Very nice!
