Hoppy? Brother, 471 redefines hoppy. 471 is a small batch, limited edition ale that was created by our Brewmaster to separate the weak from the strong. 471 is a double IPA, that combines Pale, Munich, Caramel-30, Carapils and Torrified Wheat malts, with Chinook, Centennial, Simcoe and Fuggles hops. It has a big sweet mouthfeel, followed by more hoppiness than you've ever had at one time. Enjoy. (Available at Breckenridge Pubs and Restaurants and bottled as 471 Small Batch Double Hopped IPA.)

Was over at my buddies when I had this and the only glassware he had was a small weizen glass. Color is an orange copper. Pours a thick tan head that is very complex. Leaves some really nice lacing. Smell is of carmel malts with earthy/pine hops. Taste is obviously hoppy. Floral pine notes and hints of carmel. I really couldn’t even tell that this was 9.2% abv. Mouthfeel is awesome. It starts out very smooth and then gets just slightly bitter. Finally, when it goes down, it is very creamy with a slight hint of bitterness. Very well carbonated. Overall, this is one tasty double. At 9.2%, this thing is very easy to drink. This is a well balanced IPA and it is not extremely bitter, which was a nice surprise. I highly recommend. Not what I was expecting from a double. Taste is super sweet with some heavy flavors lingering. Boozy through and through and lingers like a oak aged whiskey. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Better than average IPA. Mostly pine and grassy with some light citrus notes at the end. Bready base.

Delicious IPA right here! Drank from 12oz bottle, has a nice citrusy, slightly hoppy aroma. Very fragrant smell ;) Really great flavor as well! Instantly reminded me of Stone IPA. Very well balanced hoppy flavor, slight citrus taste, with a slightly malty finish. After tasting it I would have never guessed that this beer is 9.2% Would definitely buy this stuff again!!

From the 12 fl. oz. bottle stamped 07528B15. It has an amber colored and heady pour. Some haze. A bit of roasted malts on the nose but quickly overtaken by the floral and cantaloupe fruitiness. Medium to heavy body. Quick sweetness and then more abundant bitterness that lingers to finish. For 9.2% this drinks easy.

Pours a hazy rust orange. Has a strong malt, caramel, and citrus hop aroma. A heavy bossy with a strong malt, caramel, fruit and citrus hop taste. A lingering heavy malt and bitter hop aftertaste.
